Ingredients:
- Banana 4
- Sugar 1 tbsp (ground)
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
Procedure:
Cut banana in slices.
Then fry it in heated oil until brown.
Sprinkle sugar and cardamom powder over them and just cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute more.
Transfer in a dish.
Serve hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes

Ha, I did the same fried banana before. Its taste is really amazing.
