Ingredients:

  1. Grapes 1/2 cup (mashed)
  2. Banana 4 (mashed)
  3. Strawberry 1/4 cup (mashed)
  4. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  5. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
  7. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Egg 2
  9. Milk 1 cup
  10. Oil 2 cup

Procedure:

Sift gram flour, baking powder, sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl.
Add milk and beaten egg in it.
Mix well until it became smooth batter.
Add mashed fruits and mix well.
In a wok heat the oil.
Drop full tablespoon of batter in heated oil, drop 4-5 fritters at a time.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until light brown.
Stir them occasionally.
Drain form oil and put on the paper towel.
Serve hot with sauce.

Remember: You can use other fruits of your choice.

Preparation Time: 30 minute
Frying Time: 7 minutes for each round

Do You Know: Strawberry fruit is originated to America and was introduced in UK around 1600. Its 80% portion is rich source of vitamin C.
