Ingredients:
- Grapes 1/2 cup (mashed)
- Banana 4 (mashed)
- Strawberry 1/4 cup (mashed)
- Gram flour 1/2 cup
- Baking powder 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Egg 2
- Milk 1 cup
- Oil 2 cup
Procedure:
Sift gram flour, baking powder, sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl.
Add milk and beaten egg in it.
Mix well until it became smooth batter.
Add mashed fruits and mix well.
In a wok heat the oil.
Drop full tablespoon of batter in heated oil, drop 4-5 fritters at a time.
Cook for 5-6 minutes until light brown.
Stir them occasionally.
Drain form oil and put on the paper towel.
Serve hot with sauce.
Remember: You can use other fruits of your choice.
Preparation Time: 30 minute
Frying Time: 7 minutes for each round
