Ingredients:

  1. Mutton chops 1 kg
  2. Garlic clove 4
  3. Ginger 1 inch piece
  4. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  6. Whole spice 1 tbsp
  7. Chat masala 1 tsp
  8. Red Food color 1/4 tsp
  9. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  10. Milk 4 tbsp
  11. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  12. Eggs 2
  13. Oil 2 cup

Procedure:

Boil mutton chops with garlic, ginger, green chili, whole spice and 1 tsp salt.
Just use enough water that chops get tenderized and water evaporated.
Bring out the chops.
Take a bowl and mix corn flour in milk.
Add egg and all remaining spices, beat it until get fluffy.
Take a frying pan and heat up oil.
Dip the chops in prepared batter and dust with bread crumbs.
Fry in hot oil over medium flame.
Fry until get brown.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
