Ingredients:

  1. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  2. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  3. Semolina 1/2 cup
  4. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  7. Green chili 2 (minced)
  8. Ginger 1/2 tsp (shredded)
  9. Fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Sift gram flour, corn flour, semolina and baking powder.
Take a bowl and add all sifted material.
Add all dry ingredients in it and mix well.
Add milk and make a soft batter, no lumps should be there.
Add ginger, green chili and mix well.
Cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
After 1 hour take out it from fridge.
In a frying pan add 2 tbsp oil.
Mix the batter with a big sized spoon.
Drop a heaping tablespoon of batter over hot oil and spread it.
Cook for 2 minutes from one side and change to the other side.
Cook until light brown.
Repeat the process and make all omelets from whole batter.
Serve hot with sauce.
