Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg (small pieces)
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- Green Capsicum 2 (cut in strips)
- Ginger paste 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 (chopped)
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric (haldi) 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix ginger, garlic, tomato, salt, red chili powder. turmeric and lemon juice in a bowl.
Add washed chicken, mix well, cover it and put in fridge to marinate for 1 hour.
After that in a sauce pan, add oil and fry onion until transparent.
Then add marinated chicken, stir and simmer for 30 minutes over medium flame.
Then add milk and capsicum, stir once.
Cover the lid and cook over medium flame for 15 minutes, or until chicken tenderized.
Stir it occasionally during cooking.
Serve with Roti.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Marinate Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
