Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber 2 (chopped)
  2. Tomato 2 (chopped)
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder 1/8 tsp
  6. Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Cut all the vegetables in small cube shape.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and serve.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Do You Know: Tomato is a member of the Nightshade family like potato. Its a rich source of vitamin C.
