Ingredients:

  1. Cucumber 2 (chopped)
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Mint 1 tbsp (chopped)
  4. Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  5. Black pepper 1/8 tsp (ground)
  6. Vinegar 1 tbsp
  7. Olive oil 1 tsp

Procedure:

In a bowl add oil, vinegar and sugar and mix well.
In another bowl mix cubed cucumber, mint and onion.
Pour the oil mixture over vegetables and sprinkle black pepper.
Mix well and serve.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Do You Know: Cucumber is eaten as raw in salads. It is 95% water. Its member of Gourd family. It’s native to Asia.
