Ingredients:
Meat balls:
- Mutton meat 1 kg (minced)
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chili 4 (crushed)
- Spice powder 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
- Egg 2
Gravy (Masala):
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- Tomato 3 (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Green chili 4 (chopped)
- Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Cumin seed 2 tbsp (ground)
- Dry coriander powder 1 tsp
- Oil 1/2 cup
Procedure:
Add eggs, bread crumbs, salt, red chili, spice powder in mince.
Mix well and make balls of same size and keep aside.
Heat the oil in wok, fry the onion until it became transparent.
Add ginger, garlic and tomatoes, cook for 4 minutes over medium flame.
Add all other spices, under Masala section and cook for 1 minute more.
Add 3 cup water, cook until rolling boil.
Set the minced balls in this gravy.
Cook over medium flame for 25 minutes, just stir occasionally and calmly.
When it gets ready, add green coriander and green chili.
Serve with rice or nan.
