Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes 1/2 kg (cut length wise large pieces)
  2. Ready bhuna mutton 1 kg
  3. Green coriander leaves 1/4 cup (chopped)
  4. Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  5. Spice powder 1 tsp

Procedure:

Prepare bhuna mutton and add washed potatoes.
Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring all the time.
Add 4 cups of water and bring to boil over high flame.
Reduce the heat to medium, cover with a tight fitting lid.
Cook for 20- 25 minutes and about 2-3 cups gravy is left.
Sprinkle finely chopped coriander, green chilies and spice powder.
Serve hot with nan.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
