Ingredients:

  1. Potatoes 1/2 kg
  2. Cheese 1 cup (grated)
  3. Peas 1 cup (boiled)
  4. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  5. Green chili 6 (minced)
  6. Garlic 2 cloves (minced)
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  9. Spice powder 2 tsp
  10. Bread 2 slice (soak in water and drain)
  11. Oil 1 tbsp

Procedure:

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Now shape this material into cutlets.
Grease all cutlets well with oil other wise they’ll be broken during baking process.
Set aluminum foil pepper in baking tray and grease it with oil.
Arrange all cutlets over it.
Bake at 150 degree Celsius in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until cutlets get light brown.
Change their side once during baking.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
