Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Green chili 6 (minced)
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
For Fry:
- Oil 1/2 cup
- Egg 1
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
Procedure:
Mash boiled potatoes.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until smooth.
Now make small balls from this material and press them to flatten the shape of cutlets.
Beat the egg in a bowl.
Dip cutlets in egg and dust with bread crumbs.
Fry in heated oil.
Fry from both sides until get light brown.
Serve with green chili sauce.
Preparation Time:20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
