Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  2. Egg 2
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Salt 1 pinch
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Almonds 1/2 cup
  7. Butter 1/2 cup
  8. Milk 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes and remove their skin.
Add almonds and milk in grinder and grind until it became a smooth paste.
Sift flour, salt, cardamom powder and sugar together.
Pour the butter, 1 egg and almond paste in the sifted ingredients.
Mix with hands and make dough from it.
Dust the slab with flour and roll out this dough over it.
Cut the biscuits with a cutter and set in a oil greased oven tray.
Beat egg in a bowl and brush it over all biscuits.
Bake it at 350 F for 20 minutes in preheated oven.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Baking Time: 30 minutes
