Ingredients:

  1. Beef mince 1kg
  2. Onion 2 (chopped)
  3. Potatoes 1/2 kg (peeled, cut in small dices of 1/2 inch )
  4. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  6. Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
  7. Green chili 4 (chopped )
  8. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  9. Salt 1 tsp
  10. Red chili powder 2 tsp
  11. Turmeric 1 tsp
  12. Coriander powder 1 tsp
  13. Spice powder 1 tsp
  14. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Fry onion in sauce pan over medium flame until it get transparent.
Then add garlic and ginger fry for 2 minutes.
Add washed mince and cook over medium flame for 12 minutes until water of mince has dried.
Stir it occasionally.
Add all dry spice and cook for 5 minutes more.
Add tomatoes, cook and stir continually, cook for at least 10 minutes.
After that add washed potatoes and 1 1/2 cup water , stir once.
Cover the lid and cook over low flame until potatoes tenderized.
Transfer it in a bowl and garnish with green coriander and green chili.
Serve with rice or roti.

Cooking Time: 45minutes
