Ingredients:
- Almond 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Pure ghee 4 tbsp
- Milk 1/4 cup
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
- Raisins 1/4 cup (soak in water)
- Water 1/2 cup
Procedure:
Melt the sugar in 1/2 cup water, cook it for 5-7 minutes over low flame.
Add cardamom in it, cook until became little thick syrup.
Soak almonds in water overnight, now peel them.
Pour the peeled almonds and milk in a blender and grind until it became in form of smooth paste.
Add this almond mixture in sugar syrup, cook and stir constantly otherwise it’ll stick to pan.
Add 4 tbsp ghee, simmer and stir until mixture gets thick.
Add raisin and mix well.
Allow it to be cool.
Make small balls of this material and serve with tea.

Do You Know: Pure Ghee is originated from Indian subcontinent. It’s made by simmering butter until all water has boiled off and protein stacked to the bottom of pan. Then cooked butter is spooned off to avoid disturbing the milk solids on the bottom of the pan.
