Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Sugar 1 cup (ground)
- Dry milk 1/2 cup
- Ghee 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 3
- Almonds 1/4 cup (chopped)
- Pistachios 1/4 cup (thin slices)
- Coconut 1/8 cup (shredded)
Procedure:
Heat the ghee in wok and fry cardamoms for 2 minutes.
Add gram flour, fry it over medium flame, stir constantly.
When it became light brown, add sugar, dry milk and mix well.
Off the heat.
Add chopped almond, pistachio and stir well.
Take a tray, grease it with oil then spread the ready mixture over it and press it with spoon.
Sprinkle sliced pistachio and shredded coconut over it.
Allow it to cool.
Then cut with sharp knife in square shape or what ever you want.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
