Ingredients:

  1. Black chickpeas 1 cup (soak over night)
  2. Black sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Fennel seed 1/2 tsp
  4. Green cardamom 2
  5. Lemon juice 1 tsp

Procedure:

Boil black chick pees in 4 glass water, you could use pressure cooker to cook.
When they tenderized, add sugar, fennel seeds and green cardamom.
Cook over low for 10 minutes.
Remove heat and add lemon juice, mix well.
When it became cold.
Blend it in a blender.
Strain it.
Pour crushed ice in glasses.
Pour strained juice and mix with a spoon.
Serve cold.

Note: It can be preserve in fridge for one day but do not add lemon juice if you want to do so.
