Ingredients:

  1. Blackberries 2 cup
  2. Strawberry 1 cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Salt 2 tsp
  5. Water 3 cup
  6. Ice cubes

Procedure:

Soak the blackberries in the 3 cup water overnight.
Mash the blackberries into the water.
Then Filter the mixture with a strainer.
Pour sugar, salt and berries juice and strawberries in blender and blend for 4 minutes.
Pour in glasses and add ice.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
