Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato 1 (chopped)
  4. Green coriander 2 tbsp
  5. Green chili 2 (chopped)
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Dressing:
  1. Brinjal 1/2 kg
  2. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seed 1/2 tsp
  5. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Whip the yogurt until it became fluffy.
Add salt, red chili powder, tomato, onion and green chili.
Mix well and keep in fridge for 30 minute.

Dressing:

Mix salt, red chili, cumin seeds in a bowl.
Wash and cut brinjals in round slices.
Make the cuts on brinjal slices and rub the mixed ingredients.
In frying pan add oil and heat it.
Fry the marinated brinjal until cooked and pour in the prepared yogurt.
Sprinkle green coriander leaves over it.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
