Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg (8 pieces)
- Wheat Flour 1/2 cup
- Corn flour 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Egg 2 (beaten)
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil 2 cup (for fry)
Procedure:
Mix flour and spices in a bowl.
Then dip each piece of chicken in beaten egg and dust with flour material.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Fry the chicken on medium heat.
Cook until it became pink and tenderized.
After frying sprinkle chat masala over it.
Serve hot with sauce.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
