Ingredients:

  1. Grapes 4 cup (seedless)
  2. Kiwi 3 (ripe)
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Water 3 cup
  5. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  6. Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  7. Ice (crushed)

Procedure:

Cook sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and then keep aside to cool completely.
Place syrup, grapes, kiwi and lemon juice in blender and blend to a smooth puree.
Strain the puree through a fine strainer and discard solids.
Fill the glasses with crushed ice.
Pour the juice in glasses and garnish with mint leaves.

Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Cooking Time: 7 minutes

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
