Ingredients:

  1. Green chili 1/2 kg (fresh)
  2. Garlic 4-6 cloves
  3. Ginger 1/2 inch piece
  4. Salt 1/2 tsp
  5. Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  6. White vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 cup
  7. Oil 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Blend all ingredients in a blander until get smooth.
You can serve this sauce with any type of snacks, fritters, paratha or shami kbab.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Do You Know: Green chili is a rich source of vitamin A and C.
