Ingredients:
- Green chili 1/2 kg (fresh)
- Garlic 4-6 cloves
- Ginger 1/2 inch piece
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
- White vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Oil 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Blend all ingredients in a blander until get smooth.
You can serve this sauce with any type of snacks, fritters, paratha or shami kbab.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
