Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg (small pieces)
  2. Mint leave 1 cup
  3. Green chili 10
  4. Green coriander 1 cup
  5. Green onion 1/2 cup
  6. Fresh fenugreek leaves 1/4 cup
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1 tsp
  10. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  11. Cumin seeds 2 tbsp
  12. Yogurt 1 cup
  13. Almond 8
  14. Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  15. Milk 1/2 cup
  16. Oil 8 tbsp

Procedure:

Add all ingredients in a blender, except cumin seeds and make a paste.
Take a bowl pour the prepared paste and add chicken, mix it well.
Cover it and keep it in fridge to marinate for 2 hours.
In a sauce pan add oil, fry cumin seeds until splutter .
Then add marinated chicken and all its paste.
Stir and simmer over medium flame for 30 minutes, until chicken tenderized.
Add half cup milk, stir well, cover the lid and cook over medium flame for 10 minutes.
It can be served with pratha or nan.

Preparation Time: 2 hours, 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
