Ingredients:

  1. Green Coriander 1 cup (fresh)
  2. Mint leaves 1/2 cup (fresh)
  3. Green chilies 4
  4. Garlic cloves 2
  5. Tomatoes 1
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Dry red chilies 5

Procedure:

Wash the tomato, mint, Coriander and green chili.
Roughly chop all ingredients.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
Grind for 3-4 minutes until all ingredients get smooth.
Serve with snacks or roasted meat.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Do You Know: Originally Mint was used as herb to treat stomach ache and some other pains. Mint leaves were also used to whiten teeth. It also helps digestion.
