Ingredients:

  1. Mutton 1 kg (cut into small pieces)
  2. Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  3. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Green chili 4 (ground)
  5. Green coriander 1/4 cup (chopped)
  6. Salt 1 tbsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Spice 1 tbsp (ground)
  9. Whole cloves 4
  10. Cinnamon 1 (small stick)
  11. Yogurt 1 cup
  12. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Heat the ghee in sauce pan, add garlic, ginger, green chili, cloves, cinnamon, salt and red chili powder, stir and cook for 4 minutes over medium flame.
Then add meat and cook over high flame for 8-10 minutes, stir continuously.
Add the yogurt, simmer for 4 minutes.
Cover the lid, simmer until fat of meat comes out, it may takes 10 minutes, over low flame.
Then dry it over high flame, stir continuously.
After that add 3 cup water and cover the lid when it takes first boil.
Cook over low flame until meat tenderized, it may takes 45 minutes, stir it occasionally.
When it became cooked, sprinkle spice powder and green coriander.
Stir once and transfer in a bowl.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
