Ingredients:
- Peas 2 cup
- Cheese 1 cup (small cubes)
- Onion 1 (chopped)
- Tomatoes 4 (chopped)
- Ginger 1 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Green chili 6 (chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Spice powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp (ground)
- Dry Coriander 1/2 tsp (ground)
- Oil 6 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat up oil in a frying pan.
Add cheese cubes and fry until golden brown, stir continuously and keep aside.
In another pan, add 3 tbsp oil and heat it.
Add onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until became pink.
Then add all dried spices and tomatoes, cook until tomatoes water become dry.
Add peas, fried cheese cubes, stir and cook for 1 minute.
Then add 4 cup water, cook over high flame until water became rolling boil.
Cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes over medium flame.
Then add green coriander and green chili, mix well.
It’s ready, serve it with boil rice or bread.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
