Ingredients:
- Potatoes 1/2 kg
- Corn flour 2 tsp
- Gram flour 2 tsp
- Red chili 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
- Oil 2 cup
Procedure:
Boil a plenty of water in a sauce pan, when it became rolling boil, add potatoes.
Boil the potatoes for 6 minutes only, not to be tenderized completely.
Peel and cut thin length wise strips of half inch width from boil potatoes.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add all the potato strips in mixed spices and rub it on potatoes.
Heat the oil in a wok and fry the coated potatoes strips.
Remember cook it on high flame, just for 2-3 minutes until light pink than stop frying and transfer over paper towel.
Serve hot with sauce.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
