Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg (boneless)
  2. Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Chili sauce 1 tsp
  6. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  7. Oil 4 tbsp

Procedure:

Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them well.
After that add boneless chicken in this batter and mix.
Cover it and keep in fridge for 30 minutes.
Then grill over medium flame Or put 4 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, fry it for 15 minutes by keeping the lid, but change the side again and again.
Serve it hot with chili sauce.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
