Ingredients:

  1. Red Radish 1/2 cup (grated)
  2. Fresh coconut 1/2 cup (grated)
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  4. Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
  5. Dry red chili 2 (crushed)
  6. Salt 1/2 tsp
  7. Curry leaves 2
  8. Olive oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Mix grated radish and coconut in a bowl.
In a pan heat the oil.
Add mustard and cumin seeds, when splutter, add red chili, salt and curry leaves, cook for 1 minute.
Pour it over grated radish and mix well.
Serve with rice.
