Ingredients:
- Red Radish 1/2 cup (grated)
- Fresh coconut 1/2 cup (grated)
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Dry red chili 2 (crushed)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 2
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Mix grated radish and coconut in a bowl.
In a pan heat the oil.
Add mustard and cumin seeds, when splutter, add red chili, salt and curry leaves, cook for 1 minute.
Pour it over grated radish and mix well.
Serve with rice.

Do You Know: Cumin seed is used in different dishes for seasoning all over the world. Cumin seed is native to the Mediterranean region and member of Parsley family.
