Ingredients:

Chicken Balls:
  1. Chicken 1/2 kg (boneless)
  2. Onion 2 (thinly chopped)
  3. Green chili 10
  4. Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  6. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Dry red chili 6 (crushed)
  9. Spice powder 1 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (ground)
For Gravy:
  1. Tomato paste 2 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  4. Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  5. White vinegar 2 tbsp
  6. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil 1 cup

Procedure:

Chicken Balls:

Mix all the ingredients except green coriander with washed boneless chicken and ground it in chopper.
Mix green coriander in grounded chicken.
Make small balls from this chicken and deep fry them in hot oil and keep a side.

Gravy:

Take a sauce pan, add 6 tbsp oil.
Add tomato paste and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar and turmeric, cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fried chicken balls, stir and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add 1/4 cup water if needed.
Cover the lid, cook for 7-8 minutes over low flame.
It can be served with rice or nan.

Preparation Time: 45 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
