Ingredients:
- Tomato 1/2 kg (ripped, chopped)
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 3 tbsp
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- Fennel seed
- Garlic Cloves 1
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat oil in a sauce pan.
Fry cumin, fennel seed until splutter.
Add tomatoes, garlic clove and stir, cover the lid and simmer for 15 minutes over medium flame.
Add salt, red chili, vinegar and sugar.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes over medium flame.
You can serve this sauce with fritters or roast.
Tip: Use wood spoon to cook it.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
