Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg (boneless)
- Salt 1 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Ginger 1/4 cup (cut in slices)
- Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
- Tomato 2 (seedless, diced)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil 6 tbsp
Procedure:
Heat the oil in sauce pan.
Add chicken, stir and simmer for 8 minutes over medium flame.
Add all dry ingredients, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add ginger and garlic and cook for more 4 minutes more.
Add 1/2 cup water, cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes over low flame.
When chicken tenderized, and water evaporated then add lemon juice, green chili, mix once and cover the lid, cook for 2 minutes over low flame.
Transfer in a serving bowl.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes
