Ingredients:

  1. Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
  2. Spinach 1/2 kg (washed, chopped)
  3. Onion 1 (chopped)
  4. Garlic 1 tsp (minced)
  5. Ginger 1 tbsp (shredded)
  6. Green chili 6 (chopped)
  7. Salt 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  10. Spice powder 1 tsp
  11. Milk 1/2 cup
  12. Butter 3 tbsp
  13. Oil 6 tbsp

Procedure:

Take a sauce pan and boil 6 cup water.
When water became rolling boil, add spinach in it.
Cook spinach for 6-7 minutes and drain it.
Add green chili and boiled spinach in a blender and grind it until became smooth and keep aside.
In a sauce pan heat the oil and fry onion until transparent.
Add all dry ingredients, ginger and garlic, cook for 3-4 minutes.
Now add chicken and cook it for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
Add grounded spinach and milk and mix it well.
Cover the lid and cook for 20 minutes over low flame, stir it occasionally.
When it became ready add butter, mix well and transfer in a serving bowl.
Serve with boil rice.

Cooking Time: 1 hour
