Ingredients:
- Coconut 1 cup (grated)
- Milk 1 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Cream 1 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
- Almond 1/4 cup (sliced)
- Pistachio 1/4 cup (sliced)
Procedure:
Add all ingredients except almond and pistachio in a sauce pan.
Cook about 1 1/2 hour until mixture get thick.
Cook it over medium flame and stir occasionally.
Grease a tray with oil and spread cooked mixture over it equally.
Sprinkle almond and pistachio over it.
Allow it to cool.
Then cut with sharp knife in small pieces.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
