Ingredients:

  1. Coconut 1 cup (crushed)
  2. Cream 1/4 cup
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Salt 1/8 tsp
  5. Sugar 2 tbsp
  6. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  8. Mint leaves 1/4 tbsp

Procedure:

Soak coconut in milk, cover the bowl and keep it in fridge for 1 day.
Next day, add all other ingredients and soaked coconut with milk, in a blender and grind until get smooth.
It’s ready to serve.
Do not preserve it, serve immediately.

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
