Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 pinch
- Dry milk 1/4 cup
- Almond 2 tbsp (ground)
- Pistachio 2 tbsp (ground)
- Peanuts 2 tbsp (ground)
- Egg 1
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/4 cup
- Oil 1 cup (for fry)
Procedure:
Sift the flour, salt, and dry milk together.
Mix brown sugar in sifted ingredients.
In a pan melt the butter and add to sifted ingredients.
Add beaten eggs in it and mix well.
Add the milk and make a smooth batter, no lumps should be there.
Cover it and keep aside for 30 minutes.
Then add pistachio, almond and peanuts and fold gently.
In a wok heat the oil.
Drop the heaping tablespoon of batter in heated oil.
Change their side during fry and fry until light brown.
Transfer over a kitchen paper.
Serve hot with tea.
