Ingredients:

  1. Chicken minced 1/2 kg
  2. Onion 1 (chopped)
  3. Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  4. Ginger paste 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste 1 tsp
  6. Green chili 8 (slice length wise)
  7. Green coriander 1/2 cup (chopped)
  8. Salt 1 tsp
  9. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  11. Spice powder 1 tsp
  12. Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  13. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan.
Fry onion until dark brown.
Add ginger, garlic and tomato puree, simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Add all dry spices and simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
Then add chicken minced and simmer it until it changes color, may be it takes 10 minutes over medium flame.
Add 1/4 cup water, mix well, cover and simmer over low flame for 15 minutes.
Now add green chili, green coriander, lemon juice and stir well then transfer in serving bowl.
Serve it with rice or roti.

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
