Ingredients:

For Cutlets:
  1. Potato 2 (boiled, mashed)
  2. Fish 1 cup (boiled)
  3. Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped)
  4. Green Chili 4 (minced)
  5. Green Coriander 2 tbsp (chopped)
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Red chili powder 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  10. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
For Frying:
  1. Egg 1
  2. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  3. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Mix all the ingredients of cutlets in a bowl .
Make round shaped cutlets of it.
Beat egg in a bowl.
Dip the cutlets in egg and dust with bread crumbs.
Fry over medium flame in preheated oil until pink from both sides.
Serve hot with sauce.

Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
