Ingredients:
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
- Dry coriander powder 1 tsp
- Potatoes 1/2 cup (small slices)
- Cauliflower 1/2 cup (cut small pieces)
- Bell paper 1 (cut small pieces)
- Peas 1/2 cup (boiled)
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Water 1/2 cup
- Oil (for deep fry)
Procedure:
Mix flour, baking powder and all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Make a smooth batter with water, remember no lumps should be there.
Then add lemon juice in it and mix.
Cover it and keep in fridge for two hours.
After that add all vegetables in this batter and mix well.
Take a heaping table spoon of this batter and pour into hot oil, fry from both sides until get golden brown.
Transfer in a dish over paper towel and serve with sauce.
Preparation Time: 2 hour 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 40 minutes
