Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Cucumber 2 (finely chopped)
- Green chili 4 (chopped)
- Mint leaves 2 tsp (chopped)
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seed powder 1/2 tsp
Procedure:
Whip the yogurt.
Add salt, cumin powder and mix well.
Then add cucumber, green chili and mint leaves.
Mix once, keep in fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Do You Know: Green chili is a rich source of vitamin A and C.
