Ingredients:
- Goat lamb 1
- Yogurt 1/2 kg
- Garlic paste 3 tbsp
- Ginger paste 3 tbsp
- Green chili paste 3 tbsp
- Salt 1 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili powder 2 tbsp
- Spice powder 1 tbsp
- Chat masala 2 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in yogurt.
Take a normal size lamb and wash it and then put it in a flat tray.
Make deep cuts with a sharp knife over it.
Pour the prepared mixture over lamb and rub it in the cuts with hands.
To marinate, cover it with plastic cover tightly and put in fridge for approximately for 6 hours.
After marinating when you take out it from fridge, again use your hands to set the mixture of spices on the lamb and fill the cuts as well.
Then grill over coals or in the oven until cooked, it may takes 1 hour, during grill change its side after some time.
Serve it with sauces and nan.
