Ingredients:

  1. Chicken breasts 4 (boneless)
  2. Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  3. Gram flour 2 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Red pepper 1 tsp (grounded)
  6. Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. Oil 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Make cuts in chicken pieces with a folk.
Then mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour this batter over chicken pieces and rub gently with hands.
Cover the bowl and put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
After that take a non stick frying pan and cook them without adding any more oil.
And you can also cover with a lid and cook for 15-20 minutes over low flame.
Change the side of chicken after every 5 minutes.
When it got golden brown and tenderized, transfer in a serving plate.
Serve hot with sauce and nan.

Note: These pieces also can be grilled instead of frying.
