Ingredients:
- Milk 2 cup
- Mango 2 cup (puree)
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom 4 (crushed)
- Pistachio 1/2 cup
- Raisins 1/2 cup (washed)
Procedure:
Pour mango puree in blender and grind it.
In a pan boil milk, when it became rolling boil.
Then add sugar, pistachio, rasins and green cardamom in it, simmer and stir continuously and turn flame to medium.
Cook until milk became thick then add mango puree.
Cook for 5-6 minutes over medium flame but stir constantly.
Let it cool and pour into popsicle molds and cover those.
Keep in freezer over night.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Freezing Time: 8 hours
Do You Know: Raisins are dried grapes. Used in cooking and baking, also eaten raw. It contains 60% sugar.
