Ingredients:
- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup
- Egg 2 (white)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Raisins1/2 cup (soak in water)
Procedure:
Sift flour, green cardamom powder and cinnamon powder together.
Take a bowl and beat butter and sugar, until sugar dissolve.
Add egg whites and mix well.
Add flour slowly and mix until batter became smooth and knee enough that no lumps should be there.
It’ll be a little hard dough.
Add raisins, lemon juice and fold gently.
Take a plastic bag and pour all the dough in it and set it.
Place it in fridge for 2 hour.
Roll out the dough over flour dust surface.
Cut the biscuits with a cutter.
Set them in a oil greased baking tray.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 F.
Transfer over a wired rack to cool.
When became completely cool, these could be preserved in an air tight jar.
Keep the jar in cool place.

Baking Time: 20 minutes
