Ingredients:

  1. Orange 2 (peel, cut in small pieces)
  2. Milk 1 cup
  3. Cream 1/2 cup
  4. Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Sugar 1/2 cup

Procedure:

Cook milk, cream, sugar, cardamom in a sauce pan for 30 minutes over medium flame and stir constantly.
Add orange pieces and cook for 3 minutes more.
Mix 1 tbsp corn flour in 4 tbsp cold milk.
Add it in the sauce pan and stir continuously and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Remove the heat.
Transfer it in a bowl.
Allow it to be cool.
Then put it in fridge for 2-3 hours.
Serve cold.

Note: During cooking, stir constantly other wise it will stick to pan.

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Do You Know: Orange was cultivated before 4,000 years in southern China and Southeast Asia. It’s a citrus fruit. Its rind and pulp both are in different cooking products.
