Ingredients:

  1. Sweet corn 1 cup (boiled)
  2. Green chili 2 (chopped)
  3. Onion 1 (cut in rings)
  4. Mint leaves 1 tbsp (chopped)
  5. Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  6. Salt 1 tsp
  7. Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  9. Sugar 1 tbsp
  10. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Heat up the oil.
Add ginger and fry it.
Add all dry spices, sugar and boiled corn, stir continuously, cook for 5 minutes over medium flame.
Then turn of heat and let it cool.
Transfer it in a bowl.
Add green chili, mint, onion, lemon juice and stir gently.
Serve cold or hot.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
