Ingredients:

  1. Orange 8
  2. Orange juice 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup

Procedure:

Separate the skin of oranges and cut this zest in thin strips.
In a pan boil 4 cup water.
When it became rolling boil, add the zest slices.
Cook for 5 minute.
Drain the zest over a strainer.
In another pan cook the orange juice and sugar together.
Cook for 7-8 minutes and stir it constantly.
When it became thick, add the boiled zest.
Simmer for 3-4 minutes over low flame.
Stir occasionally and fold gently.
Transfer in a serving dish and let them cool.
Serve as an extra dish with food.

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Do You Know: Orange was cultivated before 4,000 years in southern China and Southeast Asia. It’s a citrus fruit. Its rind and pulp both are in different cooking products.
