Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt 1 cup
  2. Plain chocolate 1/4 cup
  3. Milk 4 tbsp
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
  5. Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Pistachio 1/4 cup (chopped)

Procedure:

In a pan melt the chocolate and mix such milk in it and keep it a side.
Whip the yogurt and sugar in a bowl.
Then add the chocolate mixture in it.
Add cumin and cardamom powder and mix well.
Pour this mixture into a freezing pan.
Cover it and keep it in freezer for 8 hour.
Serve it in ice-cream cups and garnish with pistachio.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Freezing Time: 30 minutes
