Ingredients:

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  2. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  3. Apples 2 (chopped)
  4. Egg 2
  5. Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
  8. Milk 1/2 cup
  9. Ghee 3 tbsp

Procedure:

Separate one egg’s white and beat it.
Keep it a side.
In a pan, add apples and all dry ingredients.
Cover the lid and cook it over low flame for 7-8 minutes.
In a bowl mix ghee, flour, baking powder, egg and milk.
Make dough from it and cover it.
Keep it in fridge for 40 minutes.
Take baking dishes and set a 2 inches layer of dough in it.
Spread apple mixture over it and set one more layer of dough over it.
Brush the egg white over top.
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 F degree.
Serve hot or cold with tea.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cooking Time: 50 minutes
