Ingredients:
- Cottage cheese 2 cup
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Almonds 1/2 cup (crushed)
- Condensed milk 1/4 cup
- Dry milk powder 4 tbsp
- Corn flour 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1/2 cup (ground)
- Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Procedure:
Take a heavy based sauce pan and put all the ingredients expect almonds.
Mix well and cook over low flame until all ingredients stuck with each other.
It may take 10-15 minutes, stir continuously other wise it’ll stick to the pan.
Remove from heat.
Mix almonds in hot mixture and let it to be cool.
When it get little bit cool shape it with hands in round balls.
Put an almond on each ball.
Serve it hot or cold.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
