Ingredients:

  1. Buns 2
  2. Cooked chicken 1 cup (boneless)
  3. Tomato 3 (chopped)
  4. Bell pepper 1 (sliced length wise)
  5. Green chili 4 (minced)
  6. Green chili sauce 1 tsp
  7. Salad leaf 2
  8. Butter 2 tbsp
  9. Salt 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chili 4 (crushed)
  11. Egg 2
  12. Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure:

Beat eggs and cook simple omelet, cut it in two slices and keep aside.
Heat butter in a frying pan.
Add tomatoes and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Then add all other ingredients and cook until get mixed , it may take 5-6 minutes over medium flame.
Cut buns in two parts and fry for 1-2 minutes in a greasy frying pan over medium flame.
Take one part of burger and put a salad leaf on it.
Then spread a thick layer of cooked material.
Spread Omelet slice over it.
Pour 1/2 tsp of green chili sauce over it and spread equally.
Cover the top with the second half.
Make all the buns with same process.

Preparation Time: 1 hour
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
